However, due to hygiene considerations, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any of our products. All purchases made are final, and items are non-refundable. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please note that this policy does not affect your statutory rights. We fully comply with applicable consumer protection laws, and your rights under such laws are not impacted by this policy.

REFER A FRIEND PROGRAM

Under the Tawa Beauty Refer a Friend Program, clients of Tawa Beauty (the Advocate) who have purchased products are invited to earn Referral points (Tawa Beauty Points) by inviting Referees (as described below) to purchase products with Tawa Beauty. The following Terms & Conditions apply to the Advocate and Referees (together referred to as the participants) participating in the Tawa Beauty Refer a Friend Program.

Tawa Beauty reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or change the terms and requirements of the Tawa Beauty Refer a Friend Program at any time and for any reason. Any Referral Points  (in the form of Tawa Credit) already earned in accordance with the Tawa Beauty Refer a Friend Program terms before such change, suspension, or termination will be honoured at our sole discretion.

By taking part in the Tawa Beauty Refer a Friend Program, the Referee acknowledges that Tawa Beauty may, at its sole discretion, share the Referee's first name and the status of the eligible purchase in the Advocate's user account setting to inform the Advocate about the status of the earned Referral Points (Tawa Credit). Tawa Beauty will not share the specific product purchased.

1. Eligibility for Refer a Friend (Tawa Beauty):

The Advocate must be an existing customer of Tawa Beauty, and the referee must be a new customer to Tawa Beauty in order to participate in the Tawa Beauty Refer a Friend Program. The Referee is required to meet the minimum first purchase amount communicated to them in order to be eligible for the offer.

2. Participants in the Tawa Beauty Refer a Friend Program can earn Points as follows:

• The Advocate shares the referral link by providing the Referee's email address on the Tawa Beauty Website.
• The Referee makes a purchase through the Tawa Beauty Website by clicking on the Referral Link.
• Both the Advocate and Referee must have registered on the Tawa Beauty Website beforehand to participate in the Refer a Friend Program.
• Advocates and Referees must be different individuals, but Advocates can share the link with multiple Referees.
• An "Eligible Purchase" is defined as a purchase made by the Referee by clicking on the Referral Link, with the total cost exceeding the minimum spend communicated to the Referee. Tawa Beauty will only count one Eligible Purchase per Referee for Points calculation.
• Each Referee can only make use of a Referral Link once, even if they receive or have access to separate Referral Links from different Advocates.

Confirmation and Redemption:

• Tawa Beauty will review and confirm, at its sole discretion, whether the Advocate and Referee have complied with the Refer a Friend Program Terms and earned the bonus Points as described in the invitation to participate.
• Referral Points (Tawa Credit) does not have an expiring time for it to be redeemed. Please note that Points cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or sold.

Additional Guidelines:

• Each Referee can only make use of a Referral Link once however if a separate Advocates wish to send a new referral link to the same Referee this is acceptable. 
• The calculation of the Referral Points is an automatic procedure based on the use of the Referral Links and the creation of Eligible Purchases through the Tawa Beauty Website.
• Tawa Beauty reserves the right to review compliance with the Refer a Friend Program terms at its sole discretion.

Miscellaneous:

• Tawa Beauty reserves the right to investigate participation in the Tawa Beauty Refer a Friend Program for any fraudulent activities and take appropriate measures to address them. This may include, at Tawa Beauty's discretion, cancelling an Eligible Purchase. Referral Points (Tawa Credit) earned through fraudulent activities or activities that violate the terms of the Tawa Beauty Refer a Friend Program will be deemed void, and Tawa Beauty may request repayment of any credited Points.
• Tawa Beauty retains the authority to suspend, terminate, or modify the terms and requirements of the Tawa Beauty Refer a Friend Program at any time and for any reason. Any changes made will be effective immediately, and participants will be bound by the updated terms. Participants will be notified of any significant changes to the program via appropriate communication channels determined by Tawa Beauty.

Please note that these miscellaneous provisions are in place to ensure the integrity and fairness of the Tawa Beauty Refer a Friend Program. By participating in the program, participants agree to adhere to these terms and understand that any violation may result in the cancellation of Referral Points and other appropriate actions taken by Tawa Beauty.
